利用DEA方法评价我国34家医院的技术效率

摘　　要：DEA是80年代发展起来的测量医院技术效率的一种系统分析方法,在国外医院评价中已得到广泛应用,它可以客现准确地衡量医院的总体效率,还能够找出低效率运行的原因所在。本文利用DEA方法测量了全国34家样本医院的效率,做了进一步的分析,并对应用DEA的注意事项、优点和缺点进行了分析和探讨。DEA is one of newly developed methodologies to measuring relative efficiency in hospital sector. Compared with other methods, DEA could be be more accurate in evaluating efficiency of service provision provided by general hospitals. Further more it can also explore the determinants of performance of hospitals in terms of efficiency. This paper presents the major findings of assessing the efficiency using DEA, and policy implications.
