军事飞行员睡眠状况与中医体质类型的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨军事飞行员睡眠状况与中医体质类型分布特点及两者相关性。方法填写匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷与《中医体质分类与判定》标准,对924例军事飞行人员的匹兹堡睡眠质量各因子及总分与中医体质分布情况,进行统计描述与分析。结果①PSQI量表检测评定为睡眠质量好802人,占86.8%,②睡眠质量差122人,占13.2%。睡眠质量差组中医体质类型评定为偏颇体质100人,占82.0%,正常体质22人,占18%,偏颇体质出现睡眠质量差的几率更大(=80.989 P=0.000)。③各种体质类型出现睡眠质量差的频率有差异,偏颇体质出现几率均高于正常体质,出现睡眠质量差几率较高的前五种体质类型为气郁质、气虚质、特禀质、痰湿质、湿热质。④122例睡眠质量差的军事飞行人员PSQI量表睡眠障碍因子、日间活动因子及总分与大部分偏颇体质呈正相关,与平和质呈负相关。结论飞行员睡眠状况与其中医体质属性存在某种内在相关性。Objective To explore the sleep status and the type of traditional Chinese medicine constitution of Chinese military pilot and their correlation. Methods 924 cases of military pilots completed the Pittsburgh sleep quality and Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM, The methods of the statistical description and analysis rating scale score of each factor and the distribution of TCM constitution were applied. Results ~There are 802 good sleep quality military pilots accounting for 86.8%, and 122 poor sleep quality accounting for 13.2% by the PSQI detection. QAmong 122 poor sleep quality military pilots, 100 cases are judged as biased constitution accounting for 82.0%, 22 cases are judged as normal constitution accounting for 18.0%. Biased constitution has greater chance of poor sleep quality than normal constitution （X2=80.989 P=0.000） . @The frequency of poor sleep quality is different in variety of constition types, biased constitution has higher frequency than normal constitution, the higher consitition types of poor sleep quality are Qi stagnation constitution, Qi deficiency constitution, special constitution, phlegm-damp constitution and damp-heat constitution. ~Pearson correlations between every factor of PSQI and TCM constitution type display： sleep disorder factor, daily movement factor and totel point have positive correlation with most biased consitition, while have negitive correlation with normal constitution. Conclusions There is a certain inherent correlation between military pilots sleep status and the type of constitution in Chinese military pilots.
