摘　　要：界定了航运高端服务业的内涵,通过对航运高端服务业要素特征的分析,提出了由市场影响力、要素集聚力、科技支撑力、经济贡献力、产业推动力构成的航运高端服务业评价五力模型,构建了航运高端服务业的评价指标体系.Defined the meaning of shipping high-end service,analysis the characteristics of the elements of shipping high-end service,put forward the five forces evaluation model which include market influence,elements gathering force,scientific and technological support force,economic contribution force,industrial driving force to evaluate shipping high-end service,construct the evaluation index system of shipping high-end service.
