高血压病患者家庭支持系统干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨高血压病患者家庭支持系统干预的效果分析。方法:将114例高血压病患者随机分为观察组(n=59)和对照组(n=55),观察组对患者及家属共同进行健康教育,而对照组则仅对患者本人进行干预,比较两组患者不良生活习惯的改变及降压效果。结果:两组患者除限盐饮食、合理膳食、控制体重方面无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各项不良生活习惯的改变情况均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的降压效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过对高血压病患者及家庭支持系统共同采取有效干预,改善了患者的不良生活习惯,有效控制了血压。Objective：To discuss the effect analysis of patients with hypertension family support system intervention.Methods：114 cases with hypertension were divided into the observation group and the control group.Education of health in the former was adopted by patients and their family,then in the latter was took by patients,to compare the effect changing harmful life-style and control of blood pressure between them.Results：Two groups of patients except for dietary salt restriction,rational diet,weight control was not statistically significant（P0.05）,the rest of the bad habits of the changes were statistically significant（P0.05）;the patients in the observation group hypotensive effect is obvious better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：By effect intervention of hypertensive patients and members in household supportive system,patients′ bad lifestyle was changed and blood pressure was controlled.
