摘　　要：目的:提高核心制度执行力。方法:结合科室具体特点(人员结构、病人特点、需求),将核心制度构造在具体的业务流程中,便于督导执行和量化考核。结果:执行护理核心制度成为护士的习惯行为。结论:为了方便所有护理人员准确执行核心制度,应将核心制度构造在具体的业务流程中,并构造好流程的所有环节。Objective： To improve the execution of the core system.Methods： the specific characteristics of the department（staff structure,patient characteristics,needs）,the core system constructed in specific business processes to facilitate the supervision of the implementation and quantitative evaluation.Results： The implementation of the nursing core system to become nurses in the habit of behavior.Conclusion： In order to facilitate all nurses to perform the core system,the core system should be constructed in a specific business process,and construct all aspects of the process.
