摘　　要：在当今国内合资品牌与众多小规模汽车企业并存的情况下,中国汽车行业的竞争日趋激烈,各企业竞争的除了自身的品牌价值之外,就是推出新产品的速度、质量及成本。而项目管理水平在新产品开发过程起了关键性的决定作用。任何一个项目的开展都离不开启动、规划、执行、监控、收尾五大过程,而如何将采购、质量、范围、风险等九大知识领域在五大过程有效结合,使其进度、质量、成本得以有效平衡,已成为项目管理的关键性问题。本文主要从项目管理五大过程,九大知识领域方面介绍项目管理在汽车开发领域的应用。In the case of the coexistence of domestic joint-venture brands with many small-scale automobile enterprises,the Chinese automotive industry increasingly competitive,speed,quality and cost of the enterprise competition is the introduction of new products in addition to its own brand value.The level of project management in new product development process played a key role in the decision.To carry out any one item are inseparable from the start,planning,implementation,monitoring the process of ending five, nine knowledge areas of how the procurement,quality,scope,risk and other effective combination of the five process to progress,quality,costs can be an effective balance,has become the key issues of project management.
