摘　　要：当前新疆面临历史性重大发展机遇,如何转变增长方式,对实现中央提出的新疆跨越式发展和长治久安的战略意义重大。本文分析了新疆经济增长的现状和特征,估算了1979-2010年新疆全要素生产率和各要素的影响。在此基础上,提出了新疆转变经济增长方式的目标和途径,以及相应的思路和对策。At present, Xinjiang is faced with a historic and important development opportunity. How to change the growth mode to achieve the goal of great-leap-forward development and a long period of peace and stability raised by the central government is of great significance.The paper analyzes the character of economic growth mode in Xinjiang and estimates the effects of total factor productivity and all factors from 1979 to 2010 in Xinjiang. Based on above analysis, the paper puts forward the object and path of transition of transition of economic growth mode in Xinjiang and corresponding countermeasures.
