浅谈人民银行县(市)支行国库会计业务的风险防范

摘　　要：国库资金安全是人民银行安全管理工作的核心内容和关键环节,防范化解资金风险是履行中央银行职责的最基本要求。随着人民银行县(市)支行机构及人员整合改革的不断深入和发展,基层央行国库会计核算及管理模式发生了很大变化。本文分析了国库会计业务核算风险点,并提出加强风险防范、确保资金安全的相关建议。The safety of the state treasury capital is the core content and key part of the safety administration of the PBC, and pre venting and disposing capital risk is the basic requirement for fulfilling the mandate of the central bank. With the deepening and devel opment of the organization and staffcunformity in countylevel subbranches of the PBC, modes of the state treasury and accounting check and management of grassroots central bank have changed greatly. The paper analyzes the risks of the state treasury and account ing check and puts forward suggestions like enhancing the risk prevention and ensuring the capital safety.
