摘　　要：21世纪是"海洋世纪",海洋经济成为了经济发展的主题。海洋文化产业作为海洋经济的重要组成部分已经显现出巨大的发展潜力,并成为拉动沿海地区经济增长的重要产业。该文运用SWOT分析方法从优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个方面,对产业转型时期的浙江海洋文化产业发展内外部环境进行了全方位分析,并在此基础上提出了浙江海洋文化产业发展的思路,为实施的"浙江海洋经济发展示范区"国家发展战略提供理论支持。The 21st Century is the century of ocean and marine economy has become the theme of world economic development. As an important part of marine economy, the marine cultural industry has shown tremendous development potential, and become a driving force for economic growth in coastal areas. This paper uses the SWOT analysis method to study the marine cultural industry development and extemal environment under the background of the industrial transformation, and puts forward some strategies on the marine cultural industry development in Zhejiang province.
