区域治理视角下粤港澳经济运行机制对接的基本思路

摘　　要：目前,粤港澳三地之间的合作存在着由于政府、市场和社会中介组织关系厘定不清所带来的经济运行机制对接方面的区域治理问题。该文从区域治理的参与主体的分析入手,提出粤港澳进一步合作的思路在于,从区域治理的视角充分规范政府、市场和中介组织行为关系,以建立成熟完善的现代市场体制,实现三地经济运行机制的对接,从而推动以粤港澳为主体的大珠三角真正实现区域一体化。With the deepening of cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, a series of issues are occurring in the docking of economic operation mechanism concerning regional governance due to the obscure relationships between governments, markets and intermediary organizations. Starting with the analysis on the involving main bodies of regional governanee, this paper points out that the further cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao lies in fully regulating the behavior between governments, markets and intermediary organizations from the perspective of regional governance to establish the mature modern market regime, fulfill the docking of economic operation mechanism and boost the regional integration of Grand Pearl River Delta.
