摘 要:目的研究呼吸对脉诊信息的影响。方法分别在安静自然呼吸状态,以及吸气末屏气状态和呼气末屏气状态记录正常人脉诊信息,观察人体在不同呼吸状态下脉诊信息的变化。数据处理时采用DCT(离散余弦变换)的方法将呼吸运动所造成的低频信号过滤,然后进行反DCT变换将数据还原以排除呼吸的运动干扰。然后进行滤波后的正常呼吸状态脉诊信息与屏气状态的脉诊信息的分析和分类判决。结果在排除了因呼吸的运动而产生的低频信号干扰后,不同呼吸状态下的脉诊信息仍然存在较大的差异,并具有规律性的变化特征。结论呼吸对于脉诊信息的影响是全方位的,它不仅包括因呼吸运动而产生的机械影响,还与肺吸入自然清气与否有关。本研究为脉象形成与宗气推动具有密切关系的中医理论提供了一定的科学依据,印证了诊脉时需要调息的中医理论。Objective To research the impacts of respiration on pulse diagnostic information. Meth ods Separately, the pulse diagnostic information for healthy people was recorded at the quiet state of natural respiration, the end inspiratory apnea( breath holding) state and end expiratory apnea state. The changes in the pulse diagnostic information in the human body at the different respiratory states were observed. In the da ta management ,DCT( discrete cosine transform)was adopted to filter the low frequency signals induced by respiratory movement. Afterwards, the data were reverted by inverse DCT to exclude the movement interfer ence of respiration. Finally, the filtered pulse diagnostic information of the normal respiratory state and that of breath holding states were analyzed and classified. Results After excluding the low frequency signals in duced by respiratory movement, at different respiratory states, there were still more differences in the pulse di agnostic information and the changes were of regularity. Conclusion The respiration brings the all around impacts on the pulse diagnostic information, in which, not only the mechanical impact induced by respiratory movement is included, but also the inspiration of natural clear qi via the lungs is associated. This research provides a certain scientific evidence for the theory of traditional Chinese medicine that the formation of pulse forms is closely related with the propelling of the pectoral qi and confirms the theory that either doctors or pa tients should adjust their breath in pulse diagnosis.
