摘  要:由一种有机聚合物材料设计加工成的一种新型的悬臂梁结构,实现了温度和应力同时测量的传感方案.通过测量光栅(FBG)反射谱中的双峰峰值波长,达到温度与应力同时测量的目的.实验验证了该方案的可行性,且测量结果具有良好的线性,获得了光栅应力和温度响应系数,分别为0.07 nm/N和0.012 5 nm/℃.A new type of cantilever beam structure consisted of a polymer material was designed, which could solve the cross-sensitive issue of pressure and temperature measurement. The purpose of both measurements realized respectively and simultaneously were determined by measuring the two peak wavelengths of the reflection spectrum of the fiber Bragg grating. The experiments demonstrated the feasibility of the scheme, the measurement results had good linearity, and the sensitivities of strain and temperature were 0. 07 nm/N and 0. 012 5 nm/℃ respectively.
