摘  要:评价经济社会用水对生态用水的挤占程度和对水体纳污能力的利用程度是促进水资源可持续利用和确保生态环境用水得到有效保障的有力措施.通过评价区域实际条件下可用水资源的耗用系数和水体纳污能力的利用系数,研究了对流域生态补偿标准测算的科学方法,为流域生态补偿的有效实施提供依据.Evaluating the degree of ecological water squeezed by economic and social water resources and the utilization degree of water pollutant carrying capacity had been effective measures to promote the sustainable use of water resources and ensure the water of ecological environment be effectively protected. By evaluating the consumption coefficient of available water resources and the utilization factor of water pollutant carrying capacity under the actual conditions of the region, it was studied scientific measurement and calculation river basin ecological compensation standards to provide a theoretical basis for effective implementation of watershed eco-compensation.
