减毒增效升白汤联合化疗药物治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效观察及护理对策

摘　　要：目的:减毒增效升白汤联合化疗药物治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效观察及护理对策。方法:两组患者均常规化疗方案,治疗组在此基础治疗组给予自拟减毒增效升白汤治疗,1剂/d,并进行有关的护理方法,两组均4周为1疗程。结果:治疗组有效率及生活质量改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:减毒增效升白汤联合化疗药物对恶性肿瘤减轻化疗毒副作用,改善其生活质量和全身症状,提高机体免疫力,达到减毒增效的作用,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the Clinical observation and nursing countermeasures of treating malignant with the Jiandu Zengxiao Shengbai decoction plus chemotherapy medicine. Methods： Patients in the both groups were treated with conventional chemotherapy, on this basis treatment, the treatment group was given Jiandu Zengxiao Shengbai decoction, one/day, and nuring, 4 weeks as a course of treatment in the both groups. Results： The efficacy and improvement of the quality of life of treatment group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Jiandu Zengxiao Shengbai decoction plus chemotherapy medicine can reduce chemotherapy side effects on malignant tumors, improve their quality of life and systemic symptoms, has a good effect.
