摘　　要：目的:观察温肺化纤方外敷治疗间质性肺疾病(ILD)(肺中虚寒,肺络痹阻证)的临床疗效。方法:对120例ILD(肺中虚寒,肺络痹阻证)患者随机分成两组,治疗组温肺化纤方外敷治疗,对照组西医治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:治疗组在中、西医临床疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ILD(肺中虚寒,肺络痹阻证)予中药辨证外敷治疗,能改善患者生存质量,提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Wenfei Huaqian recipe on treating interstitial lung disease （ ILD ） （lung deficiency, pulmonary collateral blockage）. Methods： 120cases of ILD （lung deficiency, pulmonary collateral blockage） patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated with Wenfei Huaxian recipe, the control group was treated with modem medicine, to compared the effect of the two groups. Results： The effect of the treatment group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM can improve the life quality of the patients.
