中西医结合治疗90例病毒性心肌炎患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合对病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的临床疗效。方法:选取我院VMC患者90例,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用静脉滴注极化液加能量合剂,观察组在对照组的基础上加服中药。治疗后比较两组患者病毒性心肌炎的治愈疗效。结果:对照组和观察组CK和LDH水平较治疗前显著减低(P<0.05),观察组的总有例数和总有效率明显高于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗能明显缓解VMC临床症状,疗效确切。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating viral myocarditis （VMC） in the integrative medicine. Methods： 90 cases of VMC patients were selected in our hospital, and divided into control group and observation group. Control group was treated with Intravenous infusion of GIK plus energy mixture, observation group was given TCM treatment on the basis of treatment of control group. To compare the cure efficacy of the two group after treatment. Results： The CK and LDH levels of the two group significantly reduced （P〈0.05）, the total effective number of cases and the total efficiency of observation group was higher. Conclusion： Integrative medicine can relieve VMC clinical symptoms and has exact effect.
