摘　　要：以水解塔制造为例,对Q345R+00Cr17Ni14Mo2复合钢板的焊接性能和焊接难点进行了分析,介绍了焊接过程中关键工序的工艺和参数,制定了合理的热处理工艺,保证了水解塔的制造质量。With the example of hydrolyze tower, the welding performance of Q345R ＋ 00Crl7Nil4Mo2 composite steel material was analyzed. The reasonable welding process and heat treatment process were made. The manufacture quality, inspection and test of reaction product hydrolyze tower were ensured to comply with standards and codes.
