中药熏蒸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛23例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏蒸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:使用中药熏蒸治疗仪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛。结果:运用中药熏蒸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛23例,其中痊愈19例、显效2例、有效1例,无效1例,治愈率为82.61%,总有效率为95.65%。结论:中药熏蒸治疗将现代仪器与中药有机结合,充分发挥了中药的最大效能,改善了给药途径,提高了药物疗效,疗效显著,且临床未见明显毒副反应。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating PHN by medicine fumigation. Methods： Treating PHN with TCM fumigation treatment instrument. Results： Treating 23 cases of PHN by medicine fumigation, cured in 19 cases, markedly in 2 cases, effective in 1 case and ineffective in 1 ease, the cure rate was 82.61%, 95.65% of the total effective rate. Conclusion： Medicine fumigation and organic combination of modem instruments in TCM, give full play to the maximum effectiveness of TCM to improve the route of administration, improve drug efficacy, the effect is significant, and clinically no obvious toxicity.
