推拿整复肋椎关节错缝治疗胸椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿整复肋椎关节错缝治疗胸椎病的临床效果,探讨俯卧双掌按肋复位法作用机理。方法:将155例患者随机分为两组,治疗组78例,采用俯卧双掌按肋复位法配合冯氏胸椎复位法;对照组77例,单用冯氏复位法,随访1个月～1年。结果:治疗组急性63例中疗效优58例,占92.06%,与对照组急性疗效达优者有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:俯卧双掌按肋复位法在治疗胸椎病中有协同冯氏胸椎复位法的作用,具有矫正肋骨小头关节、肋横突关节错位的效能,因而推拿整复肋椎关节错缝能缩短疗程,提高推拿治疗胸椎病的效果,值得推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating thoracic disease by massage to repair fib-vertebral joints staggered joint and exploring prone palms the rib repositioning role mechanism. Methods： 155 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 78 cases were given prone palms plus Feng＇s repair rib reset method for treatment; control group of 77 cases, single use Feng＇s reset method, follow-up 1 month to lyears. Results： 63 cases of acute treatment group has the excellent efficacy in 58 cases, accounting for 92.06%, acute efficacy to achieve excellence with the control group were significantly different, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Prone palms press the rib reset method in treating thoracic disease collaborative Feng＇s thoracic repositioning, with the performance of the correction rib head joints, ribs, transverse process of joint dislocation, thus massage restoration rib vertebral joints staggered joint to shorten course of treatment, to improve the effects of treating thoracic disease by massage to repair rib-vertebral joints staggered joint, and worthy of promotion.
