摘　　要：目的:观察撬拨复位克氏针固定加外用中药治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对25例跟骨骨折行撬拨复位克氏针内固定,术后配合中药外用,观察临床疗效。结果:25例患者中,治愈23例,好转2例。结论:撬拨复位克氏针内固定加外用中药治疗跟骨骨折,固定牢固,可早期进行功能锻炼,有效防止关节粘连,促进骨折愈合,是一种较好的治疗跟骨骨折的方法。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of poking reduction kirschner wire fixation plus topical TCM in treating calcaneal fractures. Methods： 25 cases were treated by poking reduction kirschner wire fixation, after operation with topical TCM, clinical efficacy was observed. Results： in 25 patients, cured 23 eases, 2 cases improved. Conclusion： Poking reduction kirschner wire fixation plus topical TCM in treating calcaneal fracture, fixed firmly, and early conducted functional exercises, effective in preventing joint adhesion, promoting fracture healing, was a better method in treating calcaneal fractures.
