摘　　要：以中药材为原料,经提取、分离、精制等步骤制成的灭菌制剂为中药注射剂。注射剂给药形式改变了中药的传统,兼具注射剂剂型和中药辨证施治的双重特点。中药注射剂尤其是复方制剂,其所包含的化学成分十分复杂,不同化学成分之间可能存在理化反应,若在使用中出现配伍不当时很容易造成严重的不良反应。在临床实践中应该进行中药注射剂的安全性评价,采用不良反应的通报制度,督促医疗工作者规范使用中药注射剂。Regarded the Chinese herbal medicine as the raw material, raked the extraction and separation, refined and made preparations for sterilization steps, then obtain Tcmi. Injection drug changed the TCM form, with the injection of TCM and the dialectical formulations of making double characteristics. Tcmi especially compound preparations, and it contains chemical composition is very complex, with different chemical composition may exist between physical and chemical reaction, if appear during the application of compatibility not at that time is very easy to create serious adverse reactions. In clinical practice tcmi should be the safety evaluation, the adverse reaction of the reporting systems, urged the medical workers tcmi standard is used.
