地塞米松冷湿敷对CT增强扫描含碘对比剂外渗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察地塞米松冷湿敷对CT增强扫描含碘对比剂外渗的效果。寻找一种简单且效果较好的处理方法,减少由于对比剂外渗给病人带来的痛苦。方法将100例CT增强扫描含碘对比剂外渗的病人随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组70例用地塞米松注射液冷湿敷,对照组30例用传统的50%硫酸镁溶液冷湿敷,并进行效果观察。结果观察组治愈68例,好转2例,有效率100.0%,对照组治愈3例,好转24例,未愈3例,有效率90.0%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论发生含碘对比剂外渗时,使用地塞米松冷湿敷疗效好,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of cold-wet compress of dexamethasone on enhanced CT scan of iodinated contrast media extravasation.Methods The 100 enhanced CT iodinated contrast media extravasation patients were randomly divided into observation group consisted of 70 cases treated with dexamethasone cool-wet compress and control group consisted of 30 patients treated with traditional 50% magnesium sulfate solution.Results Sixty-eight cases in the observation group were cured and 2 improved with a efficacy of 100%.While 3 cases in the control group were cured and 24 improved and 3 failed with a efficacy of 90%,significant superior of the former than the latter（P 〈0.001）.Conclusion The cold-wet compress of dexamethasone treatment of iodinated contrast media extravasation patients is effective.
