摘　　要：目的分析和评价某企业垃圾焚烧发电项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,为建设项目提供可行的职业病危害防护措施和管理措施,保障劳动者健康。方法根据国家有关标准,采用类比调查法、检查表法和经验法相结合的原则进行评价。结果本项目的选址、总体布局、建筑卫生学要求、辅助用室符合国家有关规定,拟采取的职业病危害防护措施、职业病管理措施基本可行。类比项目的检测中化学物质、粉尘、噪声、高温、工频电场的合格率为100.00%。结论经综合分析该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。在认真落实职业病危害管理措施和防护设施的情况下,可达到预防和控制职业病危害的目的。Objective To identify and analyze occupational hazards in the garbage power project,and provide protective and management measures.Methods According to the relevant national standards,the methods of analogy,checklist and experience were applied to evaluate the project.Results The items of site selection,overall layout,building hygiene,auxiliary rooms conformed to the national regulations.The Planning protective facilities for occupational hazards and management measures were basically feasible.The monitoring results of the analogical enterprise showed that the qualified rates of chemical substances,dust,noise,WBGT index and power frequency electric field were 100.00%.Conclusion The project is a serious occupational hazard project.The occupational diseases should be prevented and controlled if all the occupational health managements and facilities are carefully carried out.
