摘 要:目的对航电枢纽建设施工期的职业病危害因素进行识别,分析危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,为施工过程提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法采用工程分析和对类似作业场所进行职业卫生学调查,对该航电枢纽建设施工期职业病危害做出预测。结果该航电枢纽建设期主要职业病危害因素是矽尘、水泥尘、电焊烟尘、木粉尘、噪声、电离辐射(探伤作业)、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、苯、锰及其无机化合物等,基保噪声强度可高达135 dB(A),电焊烟尘短时间接触浓度可高达31.88 mg/m3,电焊工时间加权平均浓度可达到8.24 mg/m3。结论该航电枢纽施工期产生的职业病危害因素种类多、浓度(强度)高、涉及的作业场所和作业人员多、影响范围广。其职业病危害关键控制点为砂石材料的采挖、破碎岗位,焊接作业点,和混凝土搅拌、浇筑等作业点。Objective To identify occupational hazards possibly existed in the construction period of an avionics hub project,analyze the degree of the harm and impact on workers' health,provide the necessary occupational hazard protection countermeasures and suggestions for the construction process.Methods Prediction of the occupational hazards were conducted through engineering analysis,investigation of the occupational health in the similar workplace combined with technical data.Results The main occupational hazards that might exist in the avionics hub project were silica dust,cement dust,welding fumes,wood dust,noise,electromagnetic radiation,nitric oxide,nitrogen dioxide,benzene,manganese and its Inorganic compounds.Noise intensity was up to 135 dB(A),the STEL of Welding fume was up to 31.88 mg/m3,the TWA of the electric welders was up to 8.24 mg/m3.Conclusion A variety of occupational hazards existed in the construction period of the avionics hub with high concentration or strength,which involved in many workplace and workers.The critical control points of occupational hazard were excavation and broken of sand and gravel materials,welding,concrete mixing and pouring station.
