摘  要:目的建立一种测定空心胶囊中铬的方法。方法将样品进行微波消化,用1%磷酸二氢铵基体改进剂石墨炉原子吸收法测定样品中铬。结果铬含量在0.0~50.0μg/L范围呈线性关系,相关系数为0.998 7,方法相对标准偏差(RSD)0.76%~1.08%,加标回收率98.2%~104.1%。结论该方法测定空心胶囊中的铬结果满意。Objective To establish a method for measuring chromium in hollow capsules.Methods Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) was used to measure chromium,the sample was digested with 1% phosphate double hydrogen ammonium as matrix modifier and microwave.Results The content of chromium in the range of 0.0-50.0 μg/L had good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient was 0.998 7,the relative standard deviation(RSD) of the method was 0.76%-1.08%.The recovery rate of the method was 98.2%-104.1%.Conclusion The method is satisfactory for the detection of chromium in hollow capsules.
