心可舒片的体外溶出度研究

摘　　要：目的建立心可舒片中葛根素体外溶出度测定的研究方法。方法参照《中国药典》2010年版第二部附录XC溶出度测定法第二法,以0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液为溶出介质,温度控制在（37±0.5）℃,转速为100 r.min-1,采用高效液相法检测,考察心可舒片中葛根素的累积溶出率。结果葛根素在125.0~4 000.0 ng.mL-1范围内与峰面积具有良好线性关系（r=0.998 7）;心可舒片在360 min内平均累计溶出度能达到75%以上。结论本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于心可舒片的溶出度测定。Objective To establish the method of the dissolubility determination of puerarin in Xinkeshu Pills.Methods Paddle method was used at the rotary speed of 100 r？min-1,and the dissolving medium was 0.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate with the temperature（37±0.5） ℃.HPLC method was applied to determine the accumulated dissolution rate of puerarin at the different time.Results Puerarin was linear within the range of 125.0~4000.0 ng？mL-1（r=0.998 7）.The average recovery of Xinkeshu Pills was 97.2%（RSD=2.0%）.All the dissolution of samples of Xinkeshu Pills were more than 75% in 6 h.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable for the dissolution determination of Xinkeshu Pills.
