摘　　要：目的优选妇康凝胶的成型工艺。方法采用单因素试验法,以凝胶的成型性、样品的细腻性为指标进行基质种类及成型工艺考察。结果实验优选了以羟丙甲纤维素为凝胶基质,以甘油润涨法制备凝胶,甘油的用量为20%,吐温-80的用量为0.5%。结论优选出的工艺条件合理、可行,制备的样品细腻、均匀、不油腻,符合应用的要求。Objective To select the best molding technics of Fukang Gel.Methods The types of gel matrix were optimized and guided by the sample molding and delicate of the gel using single factor experiment.Results HPMC was used as base,20%glycerol as wetting agents and preservatives,0.5%twain-80 as solubilizer.Conclusion The molding technics of Fukang Gel was simple and feasible.The quality of preparation was stable
