摘　　要：目的研究甘露醇注射液中间体含量快速检测方法。方法用旋光法测定甘露醇注射液中间体含量。结果该方法较现行标准方法易于操作、迅速可靠,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD值为0.17%(n=5)。结论该方法可用于甘露醇注射液中间体的含量测定。Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of intermediate in Mannitol injection.Methods The content of intermediate for mannitol injection was determined by polarimetry.Rusult The method was simple,rapid and accurate.The average recovery was 100.2%,RSD being 0.17%（n=5）.Conclusion The method can be used for the content determination of intermediate in Mannitol injection.
