摘  要:目的建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定火绒草提取物中总酚酸含量的方法。方法以火绒草提取物主要成分3,4-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸为对照品,铁氰化钾-三氯化铁显色,于750 nm处测定吸光度,计算总酚酸含量。结果线性范围为1.59~9.56μg.mL-1(r2=0.998 6,n=6);平均回收率100.6%,RSD=2.57%(n=5)。结论本测定方法简便、准确,专属性较强,适用于火绒草提取物中总酚酸的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of total phenolic compounds in Leontopodium leontopodioides extracts by UV-Vis Spectrophotometry.Methods Use the major constituent 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid as reference substance,make color by adding potassium ferricyanide and chloride ferric,determine the absorption value at the wavelength of 750 nm to calculate the contents of total phenolic compounds in L.leontopodioides extracts.Results The linear range was 1.59~9.56 μg?mL-1(r2 = 0.998 6,n=6),the average recovery was 100.6 %,RSD = 2.57 %(n=5).Conclusion The analysis method was proved to be simple,accurate,and stable for determination of total phenolic compounds in L.leontopodioides extracts.
