摘　　要：目的探讨尿干化学法在尿液中管型检查的假阴性情况,为临床提供准确真实依据。方法取2100例尿干化学法检测完全为阴性的标本再做显微镜检查。结果 2100例上述标本,显微镜镜检尿中有形成管型阳性标本总共63例,假阴性率占3.0%。结论对尿干化学法蛋白检测为阴性的可疑患者应做显微镜镜检。Objective To investigate the situation of urine dry chemistry method in urinary tube type checking of false negatives,and provide accurate basis for clinical study.Method Take 2100 cases of urine dry chemistry method for the detection of completely negative specimens.Then do examination under the microscope.Result In 2100 cases of the specimen,the Microscopic examination of urinary has a total of 63 cases which responsible for positive tube types,and the results showed false negative rate is 3.0%.Conclusion The urine dry chemistry method for protein detection shows negative results of suspicious patients,who should do microscopic examination.
