温热疗法治愈儿童甲下疣一例

摘　　要：近来，中国医科大学附属第一医院皮肤科用局部温热疗法治疗儿童甲下疣取得了一定的疗效.用温热治疗仪（专利号：ZL200720185403．3；中国医科大学）对患儿甲下疣进行加热，设定皮肤表面温度为42℃，持续30分钟。连续治疗3天，间隔15天后，连续治疗2天。治疗结束一个月时患儿自觉皮损部位疼痛。皮损周围发红；治疗后三个月，皮损完全脱落，指甲及皮肤基本恢复正常，无瘢痕及色素沉着。随访6个月未复发。To treat subungual warts of child with local hyperthermia therapy and observe a curative effect. A patented hypethermia device with an infrared emitting source was used in this study （patent no.ZL 2007 20185403.3; China Medical University）. A 3 years old child, female, presented with subungual wart. We here applied a tolerable surface temperature of 42℃ locally on a single target lesion for 30min a day for three consecutive days. Two weeks later, child received similar treatments for 2 consecutive days. One month after treatment, the child felt pain and turn red around her warts. Three months after treatment ,warts had been cured; The nail and skin had reestablished without scar and hyperpigmentation. By the end of 6 months, no relapse was observed.
