小剂量克拉霉素治疗顽固性鼻窦炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨克拉霉素治疗顽固性鼻窦炎的疗效，为顽固性鼻窦炎治疗寻找新的药物。方法对我科2008年6月至2010年5月期间收治的顽固性鼻窦炎患者18例，应用克拉霉素（小剂量）、局部鼻喷激素及粘液促排剂治疗三个月及以上，观察其治疗效果。结果根据鼻窦炎治疗疗效判定标准，随访半年至一年，治愈13例，好转5例。结论应用小剂量克拉霉素、局部鼻喷激素及粘液促排剂治疗顽固性鼻窦炎，疗效显著，值得推广。objectives To explore the efficacy administration of clarithromycin and look for new drugs in the treatment of intractable chronic sinusitis. Methods 18 cases of intractable chronic sinusitis were treated for three months by used clarithromycin, local hormone and encourage mucosal fluid discard agent in our depart- ment from June 2008 to May 2010.The effect were assesed. ResultsAccording to file therapeutic effect standard of chronic sinusitis, follow up half a year to a year, 13cases weres healing well,5cases were improve in 18 cases. Conclusions There is a significant curative effect low-dose administration of clarithromycin, local hormone and encourage mucosal fluid discard agent in the treatment of intractable chronic sinusitis.
