摘 要:目的探讨低场磁共振对膝关节骨挫伤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析23例经临床证实的膝关节骨挫伤MR影像和临床资料。结果明确诊断出膝关节28处骨挫伤,股骨髁及胫骨平台骨折6例,半月板损伤18例,韧带损伤7例,关节积液15例。结论低场MRI能清楚显示骨挫伤的病变部位、特点、范围及程度,并准确判断关节其它结构的损伤,对指导临床诊断和治疗有重大意义。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of low field MRI in bone contusions of the knee joint. Methods A retrospective analysis of consecutive MRI examinations for knee trauma which was confirmed by clinic was conduct. Results 28 lesions of bone contusion and 6 bone fractures were identified in total 23 cases, besides 18 cases with meniscus injury, 7 cases with ligament injury and 15 cases with joint effusion were documented in these cases. Conclusion Low field MRI can clearly show the lesion area ,characteristics and degree of bone contusions,also can demonstrate the injuries of the secondary structures of knee; Low field MRI proved to be important for the clinical diagnostic and treatment in bone contusions of the knee joint.
