摘　　要：目的避免湿化装置染菌通过氧气吸入病人肺部而导致医院呼吸道感染的发生。方法按照《规范》执行传统输氧装置的清洁、消毒、灭菌，每人次、每24小时更换氧气湿化瓶、湿化水和输氧鼻导管，氧气湿化水为无菌水，与新型一次性输氧装置（安倍02通AsepticOxygen属于无菌物品，带一次性氧气管及专用氧气湿化液，每8个小时更换一次）。结果输氧院感防控认知和管理水平不断提高，院感管理方法更具科学性，保证了输氧器材灭菌和消毒质量，有效预防医院呼吸道感染的发生。结论输氧器材通过使用即会染菌，随着使用时间的延长细菌量成倍增长，细菌通过氧气吸入，可能导致病人肺部感染。注重使用新型一次性输氧装置（安倍O，通AsepticOxygen属于无菌物品，带一次性氧气管及专用氧气湿化液），每8个小时更换一次输氧装置是预防医院呼吸道感染的重要措施。Objective avoid moist device dye bacteria through the oxygen inhaler patient lung and lead to the hospital respiratory infection.
