带式输送机导料槽摩擦阻力计算的探讨

摘　　要：以散体力学理论为基础,建立了带式输送机导料槽摩擦阻力新的计算模型和计算方法,并对其进行了详细的分析研究。文章提出的新的计算方法,对设置有长导料槽的带式输送机的总阻力计算、胶带带强和驱动功率的设计选型有一定意义。Base on the bulk solid mechanics theory, a new calculation model and calculation method of the fraction resistance of the guide feeding chute on the belt conveyor was set up and was analyzed and studied in detail. A new calculation method was provided and would have certain references to the total resistance calculation, belt strength and driving power design and selection of the belt conveyor with the long guide feeding chute.
