薄基岩厚度变化对采场矿压显现的影响研究

摘  要:厚松散层覆盖的极薄基岩顶板条件下安全开采问题,是制约神东矿区矿井高产高效的关键所在。论文结合大柳塔煤矿22614工作面矿压实测资料,研究了基岩变薄区—变厚区矿压显现规律特征,从矿压控制理论角度探讨了基岩厚薄变化区的矿压显现强度不同的机理。研究结果表明:基岩变薄区来压强度小于变厚区;基岩最薄区容易发生溃砂事故;变薄区前的基岩正常区和变厚区后的基岩正常区,其来压强度相当;基岩厚度薄,周期来压步距小,周期来压强度大;相同基岩等级区域基岩变薄区比变厚区周期来压步距小、来压强度小,动载系数小。A safety miming problems under an ultra thin base rock roof conditions with thick loose coverer was a key to restrain the high production and high efficient mine in Shendong Mining Area. In combination with the mine pressure measured information of No. 22614 coal mining face in Daliuta Mine, the paper studied the mine pressure behaviors law features of the base rock thickness tuned to thin zone and to thick zone. From the view of the mine pressure control, the paper discussed the different mechanism of the mine pressure behaviors strength in the base rock thick and thin variation zone. The study results showed that the weighting strength of the base rock thin varied zone would be lower than the base rock thick varied zone. The rain thin zone of the base rock would easily cause sand inrush accident occurred. The base rock normal zone before the thin varied zone and the base rock normal zone after the base rock thick varied zone would have a same weighting strength. When the base rock thickness was thin, the periodical weighting interval would be short and the periodical weighting strength would be high. In a same base rock grade region, the base rock thin varied zone would have short periodical weighting interval, smaller weighting strength and dynamic load coefficient than the base rock thick varied zone.
