摘 要:论文从机械式深基点位移放大器和深基点位移计两方面,论述了巷道顶板多点离层监测仪的设计原理,介绍了巷道顶板多点离层监测仪的安装及操作过程,并在神东煤炭集团寸草塔矿实施应用,通过对所得数据进行分析,详细准确地了解了22112回风巷顶板离层情况,为顶板分类、矿山压力显现研究提供了基础数据,为巷道支护优化方案提供重要理论设计依据。From the mechanic type displacement amplifier of the deep basic point and the displacement gauge of the deep basic point, the paper stated the design principle of the multi point roof separation monitor applied to the mine gateway and introduced the installation and operation procedure of the multi point roof separation monitor. The multi point roof separation monitor was applied to Cuncaota Mine of Shendong Coal Group. With the analysis on the data obtained, the roof separation conditions of the roof in the air retuning gateway of No. 22112 coal mining face were in detail accurately mastered. The basic data were provided from the roof classification and mine pressure behaviors study and could provide important theoretical design basis to the optimization plan of the gateway support.
