摘 要:以煤矿企业不同部门员工安全知识的失效模式为研究对象,运用频次分析法和熵值法确定所有失效模式的权重,并采用评价矩阵计算员工安全知识的失效率,最终获得所有部门员工现有的安全知识能力。对员工现有安全知识能力进行评价和分析,找出安全知识能力较弱的部门,为企业的安全投入提供依据。最后,通过实例验证员工安全知识评价的实用性。Base on the safety knowledge failure mode of the staff in deferent departments of the coal enterprise as a study object, the frequency analysis method and the entropy method were applied to determine the weight of the all failure modes. The evaluation matrix was applied to calculate the failure rate of the staff safety knowledge and finally the available safety knowledge abilities of the staff in all departments were obtained. The available safety knowledge abilities of the staff were evaluated and analyzed. The departments with low safety knowledge abilities were found and could be basis for the enterprise to make the safety investment. Finally the cases were applied to verify the practicability of the staff safety knowledge evaluation.
