摘　　要：为了整合医院数量众多的异构信息系统,建立整体医疗协同环境,满足系统间的协同运作与信息共享要求,提出基于事件驱动与服务驱动相结合的EDA-SOA医院信息系统集成模式,然后以医院门诊业务与临床抗生素用药院外审批业务为例,阐述了此模式下的集成实现。理论分析和实际应用证明,此集成平台的应用可在保护原有系统投资的基础上实现敏捷高效集成。To integrate the numerous heterogeneous information systems in hospital and to build integrated medical synergistic environment to meet the need of system-to-system collaboration and Information-Sharing, an integrated pattern of hospital information systems based on EDA-SOA was proposed. Businesses in hospital are divided into two types： main hospital businesses and composite applications. And then taking outpatient business and examination of clinical antibiotic therapy outside the hospital as examples, the EDA-SOA realization mode is elaborated in detail. Theoretical analysis and practical application showed that the platform can realize agile and efficiently integration with protecting original system investment.
