摘　　要：利用.NET C#开发平台和SQLSERVER数据库技术,开发了基于C/S与网络流的计算机管理系统,解决了闲置计算机电力资源浪费问题,集成了沟通交流、系统维护、软件集成、文件传递等功能。该系统降低了医院计算机维护人力成本与电力成本,提高了医院信息运营维护的效率。Use .Net C# and SQLSERVEP. platform, our information department designed to develop a computer desktop management system based on the C/S structure, the system contain the function of business processes, information dissemination and the power saving control in one. The practical application of the system shows that it greatly reduces the labor costs and electricity costs, which improve the efficiency of the operation and maintenance of hospital information.
