摘　　要：近年来,我国医疗领域信息化发展迅速,中大型医院信息系统己初具规模,部分医院由单平台单系统向多平台多系统跨越,如:HIS、PACS、LIS的系统整合,医院信息系统向纵身发展。天津市第三中心医院信息系统规模不断拓展,在广度发展的同时,也不断探索其深度的发展,挖掘现有信息系统的价值。为医院管理及医、教、研服务。我院应用的传染病疫情监控与公共卫生突发事件系统是一个实用价值极高的信息系统。In recent years, the informatization of medical field in China has been developing rapidly, and information system of major hospitals has been developed. Some hospital are developing from single platform single system to nmlti platfimn multi system, such as the integration of HIS, PACS and LIS, and the hospital information system is developing in depth and breadth. Along the constant expanding of infornlation system in ou,： hospital, it also exploring development in depth along the one in breadth to irene the value of existing information system and to serve hospital management and medication, teaching and research. The infection disease monitor and public health emergency system adopted by our hospital is a information system of high practical value.
