摘　　要：通过对我国公益社会体育指导员政策文本文件的分析及实践的考察发现,公益社会体育指导员政策规范侧重培训与审批,使用政策缺失,激励机制不健全。针对这些问题,本研究提出建立健全政府组织和保障公益体育指导服务的供给机制,与劳动和社会保障部门联合制定社会体育指导员公益岗位制度的政策调整策略。Through surveying the documents and practice of charity social sports instructor policy in China,the paper finds that charity sports instructor policy focuses on training and approval,but the implementation policy and incentive mechanism are lacking.Therefore,this study proposes to build and improve the supplying policy of governmental institutions and ensure charity sports instruction services and formulate the policy for the charity post of social sports instructors jointly with the labor and social security departments.
