摘  要:目的:比较金属针与非金属针针刺对长时间电刺激诱发的骨骼肌细胞膜电位变化的影响。方法:取雄性蟾蜍半腱肌,分离出两束肌细胞(随机分为对照组和实验组),每束骨骼肌细胞数量在20个左右。采用细胞内微电极技术,记录长时间电刺激对骨骼肌细胞膜电位的作用。实验组在刺激结束后即刻给予不锈钢针或竹针斜刺。结果:长时间电刺激导致骨骼肌细胞的膜电位向去极化方向发展;不锈钢针和竹针针刺均具有促进长时间电刺激后骨骼肌细胞膜电位恢复的作用,二者作用无显著差异。结论:针刺对骨骼肌损伤的疗效与针的材质无关,只要取"阿是穴"斜刺,则可能取得良好的治疗效果。Objective: To compare the effects of acupuncture with metal or non-metal needles on the alteration of membrane potential of skeletal muscle cells induced by long-term electrical stimulation. Method: Two bunches of muscle cells were separated from the male toads, and randomly assigned to control and experimental groups. There were about 20 muscle cells in each bunch. Intracellular recording was applied to measure the membrane potential of the muscle cells before and after the long-term electric stimulation. Acupuncture with stainless steel needle or bamboo needle was exerted immediately after the electrical stimulation in the experimental groups. Re- suit: The membrane was depolarized after the long-term electrical stimulation; acupuncture with both stainless steel needles and bamboo needles accelerates the recovery of long-term electrical stimulation-induced depolarization of the membrane potential. There were no significant differences between two acupuncture groups. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of acupuncture has nothing to do with the materials of needle. If only the ashi point is pointed, it could get good effect to cure the muscle damage.
