摘  要:随着我国学生体质健康监测工作的深入开展,为了检验我国学生体质健康监测效果,进一步提高学生体质监测的科学化水平,根据柯克帕特里克评价模型设计调查问卷,对5所大学、12所中学和6所小学的调查,测量学生对体质测试在认知、情感、参与行为、学习和效果五个维度上的主观认知和客观评价,解析学生体质监测实施的效果和存在的问题。表明:大中小学生对体质监测总体评价较好,但大中小学生对体质测试的学习效果表现出了显明的差别。体质测试在培养学生积极参加体育锻炼的作用中效果一般。With the in-depth implementation of China's students physical fitness monitoring work,in order to inspect the effect of the monitoring work,and further improve the scientific measures of the work,the paper adopts the Kirkpatrick evaluation model to design questionnaire to conduct survey in five universities,12 middle schools and six primary schools to measure the students' subjective cognitive and objective attitude involved in cognition,emotion,behavior,learning and effects on physical fitness test to analyze the effect of the monitoring work and existing problems.It shows that the students in the universities,middle schools and primary schools have generally good comments on the physical fitness monitor.But the difference of their study effect to the physical fitness test is significant.The function of the test in encouraging the students to voluntarily participate sport exercises is not significant.
