我国青少年体育俱乐部发展现状及未来走向研究——以四川省为例

摘　　要：通过对四川省青少年俱乐部的发展现状、存在问题等情况进行调查分析,结果表明"目标定位模糊、经费投入不足、筹资渠道单一、管理理念滞后"已经成为当前四川省青少年体育俱乐部发展的关键制约因素。为此应当立足四川省经济社会发展的实际情况,将以服务青少年体育需求为目标定位、坚持非营利性经营方式和构建多元化投资格局作为未来走向的三条主线。提出以下对策和建议:四川省青少年体育俱乐部建设、发展应以人为本,调试青少年体育俱乐部的目标定位;立足省情,强化对青少年体育俱乐部的扶持力度;强化管理和运作能力;打造特色,差异化建设具有地区特色的青少年体育俱乐部;统筹城乡,拓展青少年体育俱乐部发展的环境,为整个四川青少年体育可持续发展提供支持和保障。By analyzing the current situation of the development of the youth club in Sichuan province and the existing problems,the paper showed that the ＂unclear target,inadequate funding,single financing channel and backward management concept＂ have become the key restricting factoring youth sports clubs in Sichuan province.Therefore,based on the reality of the socioeconomic development of Sichuan province to insist on the future trend of targeting on the sports demand for serving the youth,sticking to the non-profitable operation management and building diversified investment pattern.It proposes that building the youth sports club in Sichuan province shall be people-oriented,regulating the target positioning of the youth sports club,be localized,strengthen the support to the youth sports club,strengthen management and operation capacity,build its own features,build differentiate regional youth clubs with the regional characteristics,coordinate urban and rural development,expand the development environment of youth sports club so as to provide support and guarantee to the sustainable development of the youth sports in Sichuan province.
