摘 要:利用空气炮发射的弹丸与钢靶板碰撞形成的过载冲击,研究搭载的桥丝式电雷管的损伤特性和规律。分别在60 000g、80 000g、100 000g和120 000g的加速度峰值下对独脚桥丝式电雷管试样进行冲击过载试验研究。研究结果表明:输入端加载时,电雷管的长度变化明显,电极和电极塞有不同程度的内陷,电阻变化不大;横向加载时,电雷管尺寸基本没有变化,独脚电极偏离中心轴线,随着加速度的增加,偏离角度也增大,桥丝随加速度增大也越容易发生断裂。这些特征和规律为此类电雷管损伤机理研究和结构设计提供了实验依据和理论指导。The damage characteristics and change laws of bridgewire electric detonator under high acceleration loading was studied, by the process of bullet sent by air gun impacting on the steel target. The impact overload tests for electric detonator with one pin were carried out under peak acceleration of 60 000g, 80 000g, 100 000g and 120 000g respectively. The results show that when the output was loaded, the length of the electric detonators changed obviously, the electrodes and electrode plugs sunk in varying degree, while resistance changed very little. With lateral loading, the size of the electric detonators changed slightly, and button electrode deviated from the center axis, the angle of deviation increased with the increase of acceleration. Meanwhile, the bridge wire would be fractured easily with the increase of acceleration. These characteristics and laws of electric detonator provide experimental basis and theoretical guidance for the investigations of destroy mechanism and structural design.
