摘 要:为了研究静电放电对桥丝式电热火工品的损伤机理,对未装药的样品脚脚间进行静电放电试验,放电后测量桥丝电阻并用显微镜观察桥丝的外观形貌。研究发现,在20kV以上的静电作用后桥丝电阻显著下降,随着放电电压的升高,焊点间桥丝变直变短。分析认为电阻变化主要是由于静电放电使桥丝升温,起到了热处理的作用所致。电阻变化将改变桥丝的生热,桥丝变形将改变桥丝与药剂的接触状态,从而影响产品性能。In order to study the mechanism of damage to EED bridgewire due to ESD, the resistance of bridgewire was measured and appearance of bridgewire was observed with microscope, after ESD was imposed on EED without charge through pin to pin. It is discovered that resistance of bridgewire decreased significantly after 20kV or higher voltage ESD was imposed on EED, and bridgewire between two welds became straighter and shorter. It is considered that temperature rise of bridgewire acted as a kind of heat treatment, which is the main reason for resistance change. The change of bridgewire resistance will influence the heat generation, and bridgewire deformation will alter the contact state between bridgewire and charge, so the performance of product will be affected.
