工业电雷管延期时间分段测时系统的研究

摘　　要：设计了一套工业电雷管延期时间分段测试系统,用于工业电雷管从点火到引爆各序列延时参数的测量,包括桥丝通断时间、点火药头发火时间、延期药点火延迟期、延期体延期时间。通过对工业电雷管延期时间进行分段测试,表明该系统能精确测试工业电雷管从通电到引爆各段的作用时间,测试结果可靠、精度高且测量过程安全易操作。A sectionalized test system for delay time of electric detonator is designed, the system can be used to test each array delay time of electric detonator from ignition to detonation, including on-off time of bridgewire, ignition time of the igniter, ignition delay time of the delay composition and the total delay time of the electric detonator. By testing the delay time of delay elecWic detonator, it shows that the time from ignition to detonation of the delay electric detonator can be precisely tested by the sectionalized time test system, and the results are reliable, high accurate and the test process is safe and easy to operate.
