摘 要:为研究环境温度对含铝炸药装药质量的影响,选用一种典型含铝炸药装药进行了标准低温试验、高温试验及温度冲击试验,同时测量不同温度条件下该含铝炸药的抗压强度。结果表明:低温环境更容易导致含铝炸药装药产生裂纹,适当时间的室温保温有利于裂纹的愈合;温度冲击引起含铝炸药装药产生严重损伤;含铝炸药抗压强度与温度变化呈现负线性相关关系。同时,结合炸药组成讨论了环境温度对含铝炸药装药裂纹的影响。In order to explore the impact of different environmental temperature on the crack damage of aluminized explosive charge structure, a kind of typical aluminized explosive was used to conduct high temperature test, low temperature test and temperature shock test based on some standard criterion. Meanwhile, the compressive strength data in different temperature was obtained. The results showed that samples may be more likely to generate crack damage in lower environmental temperature compared to higher environmental temperature, and after appropriate long time insulation in room temperature, crack damage may loose and disappear apparently. It is suggested to be more structural defects in explosive charge through temperature shock test. And relationship between compressive strength of aluminized explosive and change of environmental temperature was observed reverse linear relationship. In addition, with the components of explosives, the influence of environmental temperature on the crack damage of explosive charge has been discussed.
