油库自动化技术应用的探讨

摘　　要：依当前石油库在自动化应用方面存在的问题及发展趋势,为用有限的资金,获取最佳的自动化技术应用效果,以近几年建成的大型现代化的广东小虎岛油库为例进行了探讨,重点介绍了该油库自动化的设计思路、内容及要求,并结合实践的经验和体会提出了推广石油库自动化技术的建议:要在充分调研的基础上提出建设或改造方案,方案目标和自动化水平应符合企业实际,重视设计方案审核和现场安装施工质量,以及重视自控人才培养。The existing problems and the developing trend of the application of automation technology in oil depot are introduced briefly.And the measures of oil depot automation to obtain optimal application results using limited capital are discussed.Taking the Xiaohu Island Oil Depot in Guangdong Province as an example,the design ideas,content and requirements for oil depot automation are highlighted.The advices for popularizing oil depot automation technology are proposed,i.e.presenting construction or revamp option on basis of sufficient research,selecting suitable program objective and automation level for the actuality of enterprise,paying attention to appraisal of design option,on-site installation and construction quality,and training of automatic control personnel.
